| We were lucky enough with the weather
that the rain held off during the night and day
rally..........unfortunately that did not stop the thunderstorms during
the night! As a result it is fair to say that the trail condition
of the day rally was a little harder going than usual but the
competitors took it with the usual camaraderie that comes with husky
racing and despite the muddy conditions the competitors still came
in smiling.
We would like to thank everyone on the day that "did their bit" on the day and hope that everyone enjoyed the challenge that both the night and day trail had to offer. We saw some super human efforts on the hills by both dog and man..... and not to mention those competitors that enjoyed it so much they did the course in several classes!
